Plastic Mould Steel

Plastic Mould Steel (also called P20 Steel, mould tool Steel, or mold Steel) are specially engineered Steel used for manufacturing plastic injection molds, blow molds, extrusion dies, and compression molds. These Steel are designed to offer excellent machinability, polishability, toughness, and dimensional stability, ensuring long mold life and high-quality plastic components.

Hot Work Tool Steel

Hot Work Tool Steel are specially developed Steel designed to withstand high temperatures, thermal fatigue, and mechanical loads during industrial operations involving heat. These Steel are used in applications where tools come in contact with hot metals (300°C to 700°C) such as forging, die-casting, extrusion, and hot stamping.

Cold Work Tool Steel

Cold Work Tool Steel are specially developed Steel designed for tooling that operates at room temperature or slightly elevated temperatures (below 200°C). They are widely used for cutting, punching, forming, shearing, and shaping materials under cold conditions.

EN Series Steel

The EN Series (European Norm) refers to a group of medium carbon and alloy Steel widely used in engineering, automotive, tooling, and general industrial applications.

High Speed Steel

High Speed Steel (HSS) is a class of high-performance tool Steel designed to cut materials at high speeds while maintaining hardness, strength, and wear resistance — even at high temperatures. HSS keeps its cutting edge sharp even when tools become hot due to friction.
